Support Your PTA

The Paddock PTA relies almost exclusively on fundraising as a means to raise money for our approved programs. Historically, we have held a wrapping paper sale, participated in Market Day throughout the year and have held an Annual Walk-a-Thon the past couple of years. Based on parent feedback, we are approaching fundraising a little differently this year.

Publicize our goal and progress towards it.   Our fundraising goal this year is $15,000 – which is the amount we need to cover all approved programs and events this year. We will track and post our progress in Panther Press, on our site here, and on our bulletin board in the school entry hall.    This will be the only fundraiser for the year.

Trying out new ideas to raise money.    Rather than holding multiple fundraisers, the PTA has decided to hold one annual fundraising event. This year, we will team-up with Innisbrook. Innisbrook offers a wide array of quality products such as Helen Grace chocolates, Ghirardelli baking mixes, Paula Dean spices and nuts, Organic Indulgence products, Victoria Jackson makeup, gift-wrap & accessories, and gourmet foods.

In addition, we will continue with our other ongoing programs: Scrip, Dine & Share, Jamba Juice, and Dominick’s Scrip.

All Cash/Check Donations are TAX DEDUCTIBLE.   Families who would like to make a donation, but prefer not to participate in fundraisers, can make a cash donation to the PTA. We are a registered 501(c) 3 not for profit organization; so all cash donations are tax deductible.

In Kind Donations are welcome.   Are you a business owner willing to donate a product/service to support the PTA? Do you have special skills or talents that you would be willing to share in support of one of our goals? (Examples: health, safety, environment, and parent education, to name a few). If so, we gladly accept in-kind donations for our programs. Working together, we can continue to enhance the school community for our children! Your support is very much appreciated.
